Dear Karen and Family,
I am so sorry to hear about Elliot's passing. My mom, Fern Cox let me know. I had Mr. Paulson in fifth and sixth grades in Centuria. He was one of my favorite teachers. When I was going to school at St. Cloud State for my masters in Reading Education I asked him if I could come in to do a reading assessment and survey with his students. He gladly let me do it.
He will be missed. You have my sympathy.

Karen and Family, I was so sorry to hear about Elliott's passing. Connie and I are presently in Hawaii, I'm teaching SE here for one more year of teaching, sort of a paid vacation. So I try and check up on news from home and saw the sad news. Please know that we both held Elliott in very high regard and will keep you all in our prayers at this most difficult time!

Dear Karen and Boys, After all the years at the Centuria Dental Office, I had certain families that became close friends. I feel that way about you & Elliot. He was always so interesting to talk to. and very funny. I will always remember the Christmas when he bought you a jewelry box, because you wanted it, but put some diamond jewelry in it to surprise you. He was so excited for you to open it Karen! Linda and I are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Elliot. He was a wonderful man and a very good teacher who loved life and loved to entertain his students and fellow teachers with many fascinating stories. He will be missed by friends and family and many others in the Balsam Lake area that have had the opportunity to meet and share time with him. Our condolences to Karen and her family.
