Larry was born in Robbinsdale, MN in 1951 to Raymond and Blanche Miller. He went to tech school to start what would be a lifelong passion of cooking. He married his wife Michelle on December 20th, 1982. In 1984 Larry and Michelle moved to Dresser, Wi.
