Wesley "Pokey" James Rogers

Wesley James “Pokey” Rogers – “O-Gi-Maa-Bens”, 55, of Luck, Wisconsin, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at his home with his family at his side. Pokey was born on June 2, 1959 the son of Mable Mae (Merrill) and Walter James Rogers.
Pokey leaves to celebrate his memory: sons, Waylon (Kim) Rogers, Luck, WI, Weston (Cassie) Rogers, Barron, WI; grandchildren: Kianna Rogers, Keelah Rogers, Alex Bearheart, Anthony Rogers and Xavier Rogers, sisters, Mary Lou Rogers and Mavis Rogers, brothers, Wayne Rogers, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mable and Walter Rogers, brothers, William T. and Wendell Rogers.
The visitation will be on Friday, November 7, 2014 beginning at 12 noon at the Round Lake Community Center and continue through Saturday. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Round Lake Community Center. He will be laid to rest at the Johnstown Township Cemetery following the service.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Bugg, Bradley Rogers, Thomas Fowler, Patrick Fowler Jr., Chris Bugg, and John Rogers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Thomas Bugg III, William Merrill, Jay Rogers, Carlos Mosay, Duane Mosay and Shane Gasper.
The Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Centuria has been entrusted with arrangements.
