Warner E. Kachel, 84, of St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin passed away at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota on Thursday, November 5, 2015. Warner was born on December 22, 1930 in Fairmont, Minnesota the son of Gladys and Waldo Kachel.
Warner's family will greet visitors to celebrate his life at the American Legion in St. Croix Falls on Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 1:00 P.M. - 5 P.M.
