Toni Ann Populorum

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our wonderful mother, Toni Populorum, who left us peacefully on December 10th at the age of 87.

Born on April 28, 1938, in Aurora, Illinois, to Allen and Emma Troyer, she lived a life filled with love, kindness, and grace. A devoted wife to Kent Populorum for over 64 years, she was the heart of our family and raised her two sons with endless patience and warmth.

Her gentle smile lit up every room she entered, and she found joy in the outdoors, camping, gardening, baking, reading, and crafting with her friends. Her selfless spirit touched so many lives.

She is survived by her loving children, Glen and Karl, grandsons Nate, Chad, and Noah, and great-grandson Mason. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kent.

Her legacy of love endures forever. At Toni’s request, no formal services will be held, but family will gather in a private ceremony to celebrate her life and scatter her ashes in places that were so meaningful to her.
