Susan K. Belknap, 67, of Centuria, Wisconsin passed away at her home in Centuria on Tuesday, May 24, 2016.
Susan was born on March 23, 1949 in Rice Lake, Wisconsin the daughter of Donald and Jean (Stavran) Koepp.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at 5 J's Sports Bar in downtown Centuria.
