Rita Bibeau (Rower), age 72, of Clear Lake, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2025. She was born on April 7, 1953.
Rita was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Rosetta Rower.
She is survived by her children and their spouses: Julie (Craig) Johnson, Amy (Hal) Stewart, Ricky Kloeppel Jr., and Tyler (Lexi) Bibeau; by Richard Kloeppel Sr.; and by many friends and extended family.
Rita was a loving grandmother to Paris Johnson, Ethan Johnson, Talaina Ellis, Gavin Stewart, Marlie Bibeau, Bentley Bibeau, and Brody Bibeau, as well as a great-grandmother to Harley Neubarth.
Rita was happiest when she was working and took great pride in her years as a server, where she loved connecting with people and making them feel cared for. She especially loved decorating her home for all the holidays and having her family together for barbecues and potlucks, where laughter, food, and togetherness filled the room. Christmas held a special place in her heart, making it especially fitting that she chose to leave this world on Christmas Eve morning. Rita had a gentle heart and a quiet strength; she made people feel loved and never wanted to be a burden.
She is now dancing in Heaven, reunited with her parents and close friends, and watching over those she loved so dearly.
A celebration of Rita’s life will be held sometime this spring.
She will be forever missed and always loved.
