Marilyn Hetrick, a loving mother, devoted friend, and proud Nana, passed away on March 24th, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, quiet joy, and deep love.
She found joy and happiness in life’s simple and beautiful moments. Watching birds gather and sing, tending to the flowers in her yard, and sitting peacefully in the warmth of the sun. Her home was a place of comfort, filled with beauty she nurtured and love she shared.
She cherished her friends and family deeply and was especially proud of her role as a Nana. Her love for her one and only grandchild was boundless, and she took great pride and joy in every moment spent with him.
She also found great happiness in the time she spent with her husband of 48 years. Together, they enjoyed simple day trips, creating countless memories side by side, built on a lifetime of love, companionship, and shared moments.
She will be remembered for her calm presence, her strength, and the comfort she brought to those around her. She had a way of making people feel welcome and cared for, whether through a conversation, a shared laugh, or simply her presence beside them. Her home, like her heart, was always open.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves her behind to celebrate her memory: husband, Wayne Hetrick, Luck, WI, daughter, Samanth Hetrick and her son, Charlie, Luck, WI, son, Wayne Hetrick Jr., Luck, WI, her siblings, LuAnn (William) Nelson, Marvin Belknap Jr., Brian (Bonnie) Burns, Brenda (Kevin) Rosen, Nina (John) Wortman, Stephanie (Mike) Knickerbocker, Lindy Lovejoy, and Myron (Terri) Belknap and well as other family and friends.
