John Leland Mishler, 85, of Siren, Wisconsin, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2026, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth, Minnesota. John was born on September 21, 1941, in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, the son of Lester and Fern Mishler.

John married Donna Hansen at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Frederic, Wisconsin, in June of 1968.

He is survived by his wife, Donna of Siren, WI, his son, Robert Mishler, Bay City, WI, grandchildren, Johnny and Lillian Mishler-Amblang, sisters, Charlotte Dolittle and Gail McKenzie, his brother, Vernon (Lois) Mishler, many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. He preceded in death his parents, Lester and Fern; his son, Steven Mishler; and siblings, Marvin, Harland, and Virginia.

The funeral service for John will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd at 1 PM at the Kolstad Family Funeral Home in Centuria. Visitation will be held Monday, November 2nd from 5-8 PM at the funeral home and then again one hour prior to the funeral.

Pastor Angie Kutney will officiate the service. He will be laid to rest at the Wolf Creek Cemetery in Eureka Township, Polk County, Wisconsin.
