Floyd R Springer

Floyd R. Springer, 91, of Balsam Lake, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Willow Ridge in Amery, Wisconsin.  Floyd was born on April 25, 1935, in Balsam Lake, Wisconsin, to John and Mary Springer.

Floyd is survived by his daughter, Ann (Kevin) Springer, Amery, WI; grandchildren, Star Maxwell, KayAnna Miller, McKayla Miller, and Sterling Miller; nieces, Linda Anderson and Betty Worthington; great nephew, Joe Anderson; special friend of the family, Carel Larsen; and other family and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary, brothers, John, Russell, Paul, and Merilin, sisters, Lorenda Springer, Elizabeth McGuffey, and Rosella Born.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church.  Visitation will be held at the church, Friday, May 8, from 4:00 - 6:00 pm, and again Saturday, one hour before the service.  

He will be laid to rest at St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, Centuria, following the service.  Please join the family for a meal at the church following the cemetery service.  Casket Bearers will be Matt Carlson, Al Cebery, Paul Gorne, and Rod Moltzer.
