Ella K. Peper, 82, of Balsam Lake, WI, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

Ella was born on November 4, 1943, in Milanlug, Croatia, to Katharina (Branezac) and Stefan Milberg.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Katharina (Branezac) and Stefan Milberg; husband, Loren Peper; brother, Paul Milberg.

Ella leaves to celebrate her memory: her husband, Gene Peper; children, Angie (Dan) Hoverman, of Dresser, WI., Dan (Cally) Peper of Luck, and Adam (Tara) Peper, Centuria, WI; Bonus children, Greg (Karen) Peper, David (Kim) Peper, Lori Maypark (Brian); Grandchildren, Jenni Hoverman, Jessica Hoverman, Justine Hoverman, Jasmine Hoverman, Alex (Abbie) Peper, Jared (Reide) Peper, Jacob Peper; Bonus grandchildren, Carol, Justin, Kati, Tenisha, Jonathan, Dylan, Kacey, Cameron; Brother, Steve (Norene) Milberg; Sister, Helen Houghdahl; Sister-in-laws, Carlene (Jim) Mayer and Joanell Bibeau and many great grandchildren, bonus great grandchildren and other family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, at the Kolstad Family Funeral Home in Centuria, WI, from 4:00-7:00 PM. 

A private family Graveside Service will take place at St. John's Cemetery on a later date.
