Cory Allen Tisdale, 43, of Milltown, Wisconsin, passed away on January 24, 2026, in Amery, Wisconsin. Cory was born on August 11, 1982, in Prince George's County, Maryland, the son of Betty Ann (Odberg) and Robert Steven Tisdale.
Cory is preceded in death by his father, Robert Steven Tisdale; his brother, Kristopher Steven Tisdale; his grandparents, Jessie and Margaret Tisdale; and Mylan and Grace Odberg.
Cory is survived by his loving family, mother, Betty Ann Odberg Tisdale Stanton, (Monty), brother, Jacob Eric Tisdale (Mary Rose); children, Trey Michael Tisdale, Alik Joseph Tisdale, Ashlyn Ann Tisdale, Austin Allen Tisdale, Azalea Luella Tisdale, Archer Peter Tisdale, Averie Marie Tisdale, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Cory was a very talented man and a jack-of-all-trades.
Throughout his short life, he excelled in many trades. To name a few: sheet rocking, painting, roofing, gutter installation, sporting goods, and marine sales and service.
He even designed a baseball bat that was patented while he visited with friends and family in Florida.
Cory loved fishing, rifle and bow hunting, watching NASCAR, football, and searching for Yooperlites (rocks that glow under ultraviolet light) in the Upper Peninsula.
His passion was making maple syrup. He designed and built his own cooking shed after he was diagnosed with cancer and was able to collect sap, cook, and bottle maple syrup one last time. Most of all, he loved his children with all his heart!
There will be a private family service later in the spring.
