Barbara Alen Morgan, age 64, of Luck, WI, passed away with her husband Joel and son Nick by her side at home on August 29, 2026.  Barb was born in Siren, WI, on August 8, 1962, to Delmar and Claretta (Hermansen) Hansen.  Barb found her peace after a frustrating struggle with an ugly cancer called gliosarcoma.  

Barb graduated from Unity High School in 1980.  She was active in track, gymnastics, and cheerleading.  She first met her husband Joel at a keg party during homecoming at UW-Stout in October 1980.  They would always laugh when they would ask each other, "Do you remember when we first met at the keg"?  Forty-six years later, Joel lost this wonderful woman.  Before Barb passed, Joel and Barbara promised each other that they would meet again at another keg in another time and place.  

Joel and Barb moved to Luck in 1996, where Barb helped design the home that they built and lived in until her passing.  Growing up on a farm with four sisters proved to be the stepping stone in a life that let Barb become the "handyman" around the house.  She could replace and install flooring, plumbing, electrical wiring, and practically any other repairs that were needed.  She loved getting the gang together during football Sundays to cheer on the Packers.  

Barb is survived by her husband, Joel, and son Nick and his wife Rachel.  Surviving siblings are Tami and Doug LeMire, Shelby and Bruce Cockrell, Diane and Marty Dyson, and Jessica Sine.  The family wishes to thank Heather and her staff at St. Croix Hospice for the in-home care Barb received.  Also, a very special thank you to Barb's own personal angel on earth, her twin sister Shelby, who spent countless hours with her during her ordeal.  

A Celebration of Life will be held on October 3, 2026, from 12-4:00 PM at the Bon Ton in Luck, WI.
